AlphaGov is seeking an Organizational Development Consultant for remote, project-based work with public agencies. There is no guaranteed assignment. What you'll do: Support organizational assessments, operating-model reviews, and implementation plans for public agencies Design interviews, focus groups, or workshops that produce evidence, not only themes Document current roles, decision rights, and handoffs the agency can verify Draft practical recommendations and a sequenced implementation roadmap Facilitate working sessions with agency leadership and frontline supervisors Contribute methods and past-performance narrative to proposals only when naming is authorized Separate findings you can source from recommendations that still need agency data Apply to be considered.
