Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent practical experience; a bachelors degree is required.
• Experience with programming languages such as Apex, Java, C++, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, APIs, and modern web development concepts.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services with application systems.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong ownership and accountability for the quality and completion of your work.
• Preferred: Experience as a Salesforce Developer, a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows.
• Ability to work in person in our Santa Monica office five days a week and commute to Santa Monica, CA 90401.

• Maintain and contribute to Salesforce applications and supporting systems.
• Design and implement integrations connecting Salesforce with third-party services, APIs, and internal systems.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and improve new and existing applications.
• Work with large datasets and build scalable, reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Investigate unfamiliar systems and technical problems independently, collaborating, asking questions, or escalating when appropriate.
• Gather and analyze business and technical requirements, then provide thoughtful technical recommendations.
• Maintain clear documentation of technical knowledge, decisions, and implementations for the team.
• Communicate progress, blockers, mistakes, and technical concerns openly and proactively.
• Adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and technologies in a fast-moving development environment.
