CJ’s Lawn & Pest Management is seeking motivated, energetic, and results-driven individuals to join our team as In-Market Door-to-Door Sales Representatives .
This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll be responsible for generating your own leads, building relationships with homeowners, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Prospect residential neighborhoods and generate new business opportunities
Educate homeowners about lawn care, pest control, and landscaping services
Conduct property evaluations and identify customer needs
Present customized service solutions and recommendations
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through signed agreement
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Build lasting relationships with homeowners and referral partners
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Represent CJ’s Lawn & Pest Management professionally in the community

You'll be representing services homeowners genuinely need, including:
Lawn care and maintenance
Pest control solutions

Door-to-door sales experience
Outside sales or home services sales experience
